Squats & deadlifts: back straight (looking up will naturally do this for you), knees over your toes..if your knees go in it can cause knee injuries. Bench: wide base with your feet, don't bounce the weight off your chest (if you can't control it going down then it's too heavy).
For both: inhale going into the lift, exhale coming out of it.
