What should I do about my body?

I'm 14 male 5'10 I use to wiegh 180 about 5 months oga now I wiegh 137 by running and jogging on my treadmill every day and only eating some candy 0grams of fat once a week but the other 6 days eating good a banana and green apple no oil or junk food and only drinking water about 50 ounces a day so I've lost 43 lbs and was thinking should I go to 125lb or just 135 and start working on muscle and running all day also does pull ups and push ups and benchibg help me get a flat stomach and thanks Also I look at myself one day i look skinny the other fat am I paranol
