I am 5’10” 220 now however began at 234 on Jan. 1. My intention was once to get right down to 215 by way of April nineteenth. So i am doing beautiful excellent. I”ve watched my parts sizes, have eaten cleaner ( much less fat) and increased my workouts in the gym. Mostly doing about 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of weight training. Most of my weight is in my bell as with most males i suppose. I will see a distinction in that it can be getting smaller as i shed extra pounds, however my waist is staying the identical. For any person that is aware of, will my waist stay the identical unless i do away with my stomach fats or is there one thing i will be able to do to lose inches in my waist that i am no longer doing.
