No one wants to be lonely, but some people are meant to be lonely. Study says that being lonely could lead to death. Loneliness not only affects you mentally, but also physically.

Researches at Brigham Young University spent the last 35 years exploring how loneliness, living alone and social isolation affect people.
They find that people who felt lonely had a 26% higher risk of dying earlier. Thats higher than heavy drinking or even smoking.
It could take another 10 years to figure out why loneliness increases the chance of dying.
Researchers suggest reaching out to friends and family to deepen those relationships.
