Doing an experiment for a week about junk foods and processed food.?



I want to see what happens if I start eating only raw foods or homemade foods like instead of buying easy mac and cheese, I make it my own. And also eat raw vegetables and fruit for snacks. Also go a whole week without drinking coffee and instead of that, I drink hot green tea in the morning.

So, no junk food, no sweets? if that's possible. No processed foods (Already made), no coffee. Bring my own lunch that I made a night before to school instead of buying it there. Will I lose weight, or will my body change at all? And what about protein shakes, should I still drink that while being on this little diet experiment?
