How do I lose all my fat? (Kinda long)?



I'm a 14 year old girl and I weigh 136 pounds. My dad always makes fun of me for it. I'm 5'1". I looked up my weight online on a couple different websites, and they all classify this as obese. I have a HUGE spare tire around my waist, and I have excess fat around my legs and arms too. I can never wear the clothes I want to wear. Every time I go running in my physical education class, I can feel my fat jiggling. I want to weigh less than 125, which was my weight last year. I eat way too much every day, and I want to work on my portion control too. I'm thinking of trying out a sport to lose weight, but I don't know what to try. If you can suggest a sport to me, that would be nice. Something else I want to improve is my cardiac endurance, for when we run the mile in PE. My parents (who also need to lose weight) refuse to take me to a gym when they suggested it to themselves a couple months ago. I can probably work out somehow on my own but I don't have any space or equipment to do that. I've considered dieting, but I don't know how to cook anything in the meal plans. I've heard of this Paleo Diet at Nerd Fitness, and some people have apparently lost around 10+ pounds in a week. If anyone has tried this diet, can you tell me the results? I also have the Nike Training app with the "Get Lean" program, so if anyone has tried that as well, have you seen any improvement? I appreciate any workouts, sports, or diet tips that you can give me.
