How to fix my eating (weird cravings)?



I eat a healthy diet; fruit, vegetables, lean meats, healthy fats, you know the drill. But I find that a lot of times I crave different things each day. For example, right now I am craving bread. I just want to eat bread, croissant, roll, anything. Yesterday I wanted something really sugary. I tend to go between these cravings. Some days I even crave a big steak, or a bowl of steamed vegetables. Why is this? What do I do when I have these cravings?
