Question: I have a question about gym workout?

I recently started working out, i started doing my exercises (pullups,pushups,dips and running at first), i didn't go to gym and all i did was exercise outside. in 3 months of extreme workout ( i was really inactive), i got really so much stronger that i couldn't believe i could improve this much and... show more I recently started working out, i started doing my exercises (pullups,pushups,dips and running at first), i didn't go to gym and all i did was exercise outside. in 3 months of extreme workout ( i was really inactive), i got really so much stronger that i couldn't believe i could improve this much and decided that it is time to start going to gym since i can't do everything outside, can't train all the muscles. I am kind of, extreme kind of guy, if i start doing something i just become obsessed about it, and now i've seen a lot of different planning for gym exercise, i've seen guys only do chest exercises one day, biceps the next day, triceps after that and so on, but if i do that i can't spend more then 30 minutes, 1 hour in gym at most. That's not enough for me, so for 1 month i've just went in circles, biceps,triceps, back and a lot of other exercises, kept staying over 2 hours in gym every time, i did improve a lot, but i want to know if there's a better way to it.



I don't really have any special plan on exercising, i just know how many times which exercise i need to do, and i always end up doing everything i want, not in order, but gets done in time, though i mostly follow the order.



So here's my question, would i improve more if i exercised biceps one day, and so on, like other people?

or is how i am doing it now ok too?

I want to improve as fast as possible without hurting myself, though its strange i didn't get hurt since i was totally inactive when i started.
