I really enjoy eating rice and most of my meals consist of rice, meat, and veggies. If I cut down and eat 3 meals a day and no seconds, only drink water, and walk 1 hour everyday, can I lose weight?
Update: I can add two snacks of fruit to the 3 meals if more meals are optimal.
Update 2: I'm thinking since the meal will be so small, I might add a salad to it.

Is there a way I can eat rice and lose weight?

Stop drinking soda and see how much of a difference you feel in yourself.
I drink 1 soda a week sometimes none . I drink 3/4 gallon of water a day. You will feel a difference im telling. There is soo much junk in soda
