Question: Is this bodybuilding diet bad for my heart.do you suggest any changes?

MEAL 1:2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites

2 cups oatmeal

raisins

MEAL 2:1/2 kg chicken

1 large apple

1 cup broccoli

MEAL 3:300 gram fish

1 cup brown rice

1 cup vegetables

MEAL 4:100 grams chicken

1 large banana

MEAL 5:350 grams chicken

20 almonds

1 cup broccoli

1/2 cup brown rice

MEAL 6:1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese

1 cup mixed fruit also i drink 2 cups of green tea through the day
