With that I am SO done with meat. I never liked meat to begin with. They just taste weird and disgusting. I've been eating them since I started the Farrells program, but I can't take it anymore. It makes me feel so nauseated. What else can I do?
I know the eggs have protein, but I don't want to eat so many eggs per meal. And I know the whole things about milk, cheese, really any dairy products which I'm okay with.. I'm just so done with meat.

- By "meat", are you including fish? Fish is not only a great source of protein, but also healthy fats. And what about bacon? Bacon doesn't count as a meat, it is its own food group, so you should probably keep it on the list :-D A couple of eggs per day won't hurt you, but I doubt you'll want to eat them at more than one or two meals per day.
Beans are pretty good for protein. I wouldn't have them at too many meals in a given day, for obvious reasons. Nuts can provide some protein, and healthy fats, but be mindful of eating too many, those fat calories add up quick.
In addition to your milk and cheese, check out Greek yogurt. Double the protein of regular yogurt, and typically much less added sugar.
Also don't forget about the protein content in the vegetables and carbohydrates you eat, those count too. Oats are an especially healthy grain - they add a solid protein boost to a meal, they are whole grain, and provide iron, which you're going to have to make sure you get enough of now that you're ditching meat.
