• 500 - 800mg L-tyrosine and 500mg ALCAR on day one, 300 - 500mg L-tyrosine and 500mg ALCAR on day two, 3.5g taurine mixed in instant coffee on day three, Brahmi/Bacopa tablets from pharmacy for 2 weeks. L-tyrosine gave me strange euphoric feeling.
