What does more than one workout routines a day actually imply?

What does it imply once they say prime athletes do like 5 workout routines a day? Bec for me a exercise is like : 1) potential element (squats , useless, and so on) plus mabye an Olympic raise on some days 2 ) talent potential (strict HSPU units, strict pullups, dips, and so on) three) talent work (handstand holds and walks, pistols, and so on) four) metcons 5) mobility work*


So do they like do that 5 instances a day or would they have got 5 completely different classes and work every one at a time or mabye do like three metcons or one thing?
