What do you call to mind this frequence in response to a Shoulder and Chest fokus? Intention is Mass and Power


Week1


Monday: Deadlift and Pull

Tuesday: Bench and Press

Wednesday: Squats + feeder Session for Chest

Thursday: off

Friday: Deadlift and Pull

Saturday: Bench and Press

Sunday: off + feeder Session for shoulder


Week2


Monday: Squat

Tuesday: Bench and Press

Wednesday: Deadlift and Pull + fs for Chest

Thursday: off

Friday: Squat

Saturday: Bench and Press

Sunday off + feeder Session for shoulder


Squatday: Backsquats 3×6-eight, Hip Thrusts 3×8-10, Calfs 5×20-12


Bench and Press:Bench 3×4-6, armed forces press 3×6-eight, weighted Dips 6-eight, butterflyes 3×15-10 shoulder komplex 3x


Deadliftday: Deadlift 3×4-6, weighted Pullups 6×6-eight,Chestsupported dumbellrows 3×4-6, Barbellrows vast grip 3×8-10


I admire highpulls however i had final 12 months a shoulder damage and im slightly afraid as a result of nobody can train me this exetcise right kind
