In the last couple of months I have given up my evening coffee routine and switched to a cold glass of water instead. I used to get sleepy after dinner and would drink a cup of coffee to keep me awake until bedtime, but then I would be wired and could not sleep. I switched to water and it gives me energy to make it through the evening and now I get to sleep on time.
