I felt really uncomfortable, as I had my gall bladder removed 10 years ago and have not been doing much fat due to the stomach upset. Nor have I been eating more than 1800 calories per day. I was told just to do the best I could and it was important to fat load as much as possible. And to drink a lot of water. I take a variety of meds and dietary supplements, so that is already what I are inclined to do. This can be a attention-grabbing software, and I’m excited to peer if it really works on me.
