Query: Having a length each three months If fortunate! anyhow to repair?

I bought my length when i was once I wanna say 12? Possibly thirteen? however i’m 14 virtually 15

and i’m Very Irregular….

I Have a duration each three months If i’m fortunate and that i hardly get cramps

I’m 14 I’m 5’6 5’7 and weigh 200 kilos closing i checked,

i’m semi lively

is there anyway i will be able to make my duration extra Common Please assist….
