I’ve been Paleo for just about 2 years now. Alternatively, just lately I’ve been suffering from my vitality ranges and I am continuously hungry. I not devour pink meat and pork. My foods most often encompass chicken/fish and greens or occasionally simply veggies. I ponder if I am no longer getting sufficient fats as a result of I’ve limited my food regimen to just lean meats. Only a be aware – I devour way more chicken than fish, as it can be easier to get once I go back and forth (which is weekly).
Any ideas?
