I’ve noticed I eat a lot and I found this calories count. I’m just hoping I can change my foods and snacks and monitor what I put in my body. I don’t want to starve my self and try to push myself away from food :(

I’m looking for foods that have low calories but can satisfy me :) please lend a hand.
