This is how I lost my weight . From 162 pounds to 126. So obviously this works in term of burning calories and lose the weight but is this going to harm my body in the future. Please appropriate me if I am doing any factor mistaken.

I do really feel drained some occasions however as a rule I am excellent and able to push myself. My husband thinks that that is an excessive amount of for my physique and he thinks that I will have to decelerate and get extra leisure days.

Sunday: leisure day .
