Even when I'm not exercising, and just doing normal household chores and activities like cooking and cleaning, I feel like I sweat at least 3 times more doing this on a hot day than a cooler one. My question is, do I lose more calories doing the same chores on a hot day than I would when I'm not sweating doing the same thing on a cold day? On hot weather here, I sweat even just sitting, and I'd like to know if these contribute to weight loss, not that I expect it to, but I was just curious. :)
