I will NOT drink most energy drinks and energy shots at all. I do NOT want all of the sugar and in general I find them to be generally worthless. THe only thing I DO enjoy about the Refuel Tropix from Muscle Milk is that it has PROTEIN along with the B vitamins so I am actually getting back what I pay for. No protein No purchase for me! Ha. Refuel tastes nice though on a different side note.
