Every summer, I have some big goal or project that I want to accomplish while my kid is out of school for the summer. This year I'm working on finally moving out of my hated apartment that I'm always bitching about, because the lease is ending in 2 months and I don't want to renew it.
Plus I think it would be good for my kid to start off the new school year in a better home.
