So my height is, I think, 5'9" or 5'10" I weigh 180 there was a point where I would work out everyday and as much as I could I was very proud where my body was and where I was at strength Wise but now with school and work just got in the way... but honestly if someone was truely dedicated to getting healthy they would make time even when there wasn't time... so I wanted to see if someone could help me or send me somewhere where I can make a diet plan and a workout routine please!!
