I'm 19, female and only 5'2 and around 115 lbs. I usually only eat around 900-1000 calories a day and always thought that's fine because I'm small and I'm not losing weight. I used a BMR calculator and my BMR is only around 1400 calories a day, because I'm small, so I'm only eating around 400 calories less than I should. How is this bad? This is how I always have been. I'm short and lazy, 2000 calories a day would be ridiculous for me.
