Question: Need To Get In Shape!?

People need to understand this...Drink water. lots of it. substituting it for sodas, colas, sugary drinks, will automatically make you healthier. THEN, lose the unhealthy foods. If you cant: eat less of it. Substitute fatty snacks for grapes and carrots(any fruit really. i just like that combination) LASTLY, exercise. Thats it. You CAN and you WILL lose those ten pounds, if not more. Dont wimp out half way through the week. Thats why people find it so hard...
