The place am I going unsuitable?? Sustaining!!

I am 1/2lb faraway from my 5st and have stopped shedding weight!!


Hoping by way of posting right here anyone will be capable to level out the place I go unsuitable.

I combine about which plan I am following for selection.

And every now and then my ingredients are a humorous means round, relying on the place I’m for lunch and what I will be able to warmth up.

I weigh in on a Monday night.


These days I am doing inexperienced plan.

Breakfast – pace soup, and HEA cheese and pint of sugar free vimto.

Mid morning – skinny cappuccino with sweetener, half of HEA

Lunch – wholemeal roll HEB, 2 laughing cow mild blue cheese 1/2 HEA, pineapple, cucumber and smarties three half syns.

Afternoon snack – 2 Rocky highway hifi bars HEB

Dinner – veggie stir fry, soy sauce, Chinese language 5 spice, rice noodles, 1 syn candy chilli sauce, tomato puree. Pudding white chocolate bubble bar three syns.

TV snack in night – zero% Greek yogurt, 2syn peanut hottie and four syns chocolate buttons.


Complete thirteen half syns for the day.
