So I am in eighth grade, 14, and I’ve had insomnia for so long as I will be able to understand that and I’ve at all times missed a lot of school for it. I’m all pre-AP and make A’s and high B’s. This year they started getting onto me bc I miss quite a bit (like 2 days each three weeks). I both do not fall asleep unless 2 or three and from time to time even later, or I get up at three or four and can not return to sleep. I am so drained all the time and my physique like resists sleep. I’ve tried drowsing tablets they usually do not work, they only make me delusional and act bizarre bc like I mentioned, my physique resists even after I’m drained and check out. I attempt to go as a lot as I will be able to, however some days I simply cannot do it.
I was once questioning if there was once a strategy to get these excused with no need to move to a health care provider or the rest or if there was once a technique in any respect? Like can and the way can these be excused?
