What can lead to my swollen lymph nodes???? SCARED PLEASE HELP?

Good enough, so I am a 15 12 months previous male. I’ve smallish, softish, lymph nodes within the facet of my neck. They don’t fear me that a lot. I even have a lymph node in my groin. It’s “ball” like and kind of rubbery but easily moved around. I’ve had that one for years. Well a couple months ago I noticed swollen occipital nodes (lymph nodes on the back of my head). Anyways they are kind of exhausting. I will be able to’t actually inform of they’re mounted or movable. More or less someplace in between. And I will be able to’t truly pinpoint how giant they’re. I am now not too positive in the event that they grew when you consider that I first seen them. I am a extreme hypocondriac and I simply do not know what it’s. None of my lymph nodes are painful although and that i wouldn’t have any infections that I’m privy to.
