So i am a very athletic person (male), and i play hockey 4 times a week. I get muscle really fast, much faster than my friends and my muscles also becomes bigger, so my chest muscles, pecks or what they are called are really big, its almost as boobs, very unproprtionate from the rest of my body. But its almost only muscle, since i have low fat percentage. The werid thing is that i almost never work out my pecks, but they are still huge. And since i want to become fit instead of bulky i want to decrease their size. Is there a way other than decreasing the amount of food? since i want to grow other muscles
