I'm really trying hard - doing both cardio and strenght work outs, most of which focus on my tummy. However, I look far from having abs. I actually look bloated, even though, when I touch my belly, it feels way tighter. I'm very slim and my main idea is to gain some muscle. I eat mostly meat, veggies, carbs and dairy.
