Question: Can someone help me make a diet plan?

The most successful diet plan I have ever used is the idea to only eat when it is light. This may sound a bit strange but it really works. Split your day into four eat certain food groups in certain sections this will also help. By eating carbohydrate's and fats at the beginning of the day you leave your body the whole day to work through it. Natural yoghurts, fruits and toast/cereal make a good start to the day. You could alternate the flavours of yoghurt and the types of fruit and cereal through the week to provide some variety. This is the 1/4 section. Around mid-morning is a good time to eat your 2/4. A small section of meat of fish along with some boiled potatoes and vegetables would be sufficient. An example of which could be steamed salmon with 4 boiled potatoes and green beans and broccoli or chicken and rice. As for meal 3/4 it should be eaten at mid afternoon and contain less carbs and fats than that of the morning meals. A salad with a small amount of pasta or chicken/fish would be very good. Last should be just before I gets dark and should be something light but filling containing no carbs such as a fruit salad or soup. I hope this is of some help, this is along the same lines as the diets I followed and over the last 6 months I have lost just over a stone in weight. I have also been swimming four mornings a week as well as doing small amounts of weight training at home. Wish you all the best with your diet xx
