Question: How much weight should a 5'1 14 year old girl be?

I would say between 95 to 120 pounds. You can gain weight by eating larger portions of healthier foods. One of my favorite healthy weight gain combinations is peanut butter and whole wheat bread. Peanut butter has a lot of healthy fat (which means a lot of calories), and it is great to start off your morning with that. You can try working out too! If you lift light weights, you can build your muscular endurance and size (don't worry about getting "bulky" -- it is biologically difficult for females to get bulky so it won't happen. Add lots of protein to your diet so if you don't eat much meat or drink milk or eat yogurt, be sure to add that to your diet. Good luck!!
