Okey Dokey peeps – the speculation is, as general, to checklist your objectives after which take a look at them off as they occur.
For me, I plan to do my sprints and run 5km thrice per week, and train (both PT or do it myself) three times per week (plus my basic Sunday walks). I’m going to be beginning the next day to come, so principally:
Erryn – thirteen x sprints/runs, 12 x PT periods, four x walks
