if I already have a big backside, what will happen if i do squats?

I'm 5'0 and I weigh 112. My measurements are 31-24-38 (pear shape body) so I was wondering how I could have a better backside? I want to do squats but do you think it will get bigger or no? I'm scared it will get smaller. Should I include weights when I do squats?
