Exercise is great for loosing weight and I agree that after a while you do start craving it less. I think its also really useful to perhaps look at why you overeat as well? I found it really useful and found that once I did that I could over come it so much easier. It is always harder at the start but it does become easier. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water. Sometimes our bodies think we are hungry when we are actually thirsty. I don't recommend skipping meals either, make sure you have good healthy meals. It will help keep your cravings down. Keep going you can do it :)
