Query: Is that this an effective way to drop extra pounds?

Adequate, so i’m 15 . I’m round a hundred forty five kilos , my top is 5’5 .

I’ve loads of fats far and wide me , is that this a great way to drop pounds?


Breakfast : Complete grain cheerios with a cup of decreased fats milk.


Snack – any fruit


Lunch: Complete wheat tortilla wrap , with baked rooster (frozen) on the grounds that im at school

and a few lettuce


Snack- Fruit or nature valley bar


Dinner- Salad with eggs and rooster or fish .


And no juices simply water

Additionally if i jog in position four-5 days every week for 20-25 minutes , and do some squats


Will i be capable of lose 20-30 kilos via July …?

That might be three months .
