I think colonics are good when they work. I have had several done and they never seem to get more feces than I would ordinarily eliminate during the course of the week. I've read quite a bit about waste in the colon and it says if one is blocked, until you reach hard black feces, you have not cleaned the colon. I have never gotten to that very old poop.
