I personally recommend you not to use pill or supplements that it have side effects to your health. You should to plan your exercising routine and a balanced diet plan that will help you to reduce your body weight and keep you fit.Go for running at morning, join 3 or 4 times gym in a week, make push up and dancing step to keep work from all the body parts in shaking position.Use low cholesterol food which fill your body requirements.
You didn't give information about your body physics and didn't tell your goal that how much weight you want to loss in 2 months?
So,next time share your plans properly. It will really helpful to give you suggestions all about.

Find out how many calories a day you need to maintain your current weight and then subtract by 500 from that number so you lose 3500 calories per week (500x7) and 3500 calories= 1 pound of fat approximately. Do cardiovascular exercises for 1 hour 4-5x a week things like treadmill, running, rowing machine, stair climber, elliptical etc. You must make sure you keep your HR in a training zone of 55-85% of your max HR to find an average max HR subtract your age from the number 220. Hope this helps.

The nutritional caloric advice is sound, but if someone wants to lose fat without compromising muscle, I would far advise to get the diet more strict before divulging in 4 to 5 one hour intense cardio sessions per week...that is way too much cardio to do without compromising hard earned muscle mass...unless of course, there is at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of goal bodyweight in the diet each day...which most people are far from...try 20-30 minutes of intense cardio first...or some HIT routines.

I would highly suggest getting on a sub-2000 calorie diet first with at least 50% of the spread allocated to protein consumption and the rest allocated more towards carbs post-workout on weight training days and fats on non-training days.

All the best,
