Itchy palms and soles may not be treated as a havoc in normal life and can be tolerated if appear in usual course. But if it appears regularly with an irritating effect then it become intolerable and needs to be taken care of. Itching, in general, is not much to worry with, if otherwise there is not any concealed reason to cause a problem.
