New 777 Challenge/Workout

I tried a new workout last night and found it very tough- a friend told me about it and I was wondering what you thought of it.



111 handstand push ups- against wall for balance

111 squat thrusts

111 dips

111 bodyweight squats

111 press ups

111 abdominal crunches

111 burpees.



It took me 35 minutes and I was absolutely dead- any thoughts?
