Warning: Don't Live A Sedentary Lifestyle

I just want to use this post to encourage you not to live a sedentary lifestyle. I have not seen a medicine that is more effective than proper exercise. For those currently living a sedentary lifestyle, I want you to think about this: Whatever it is that is keeping you busy, it it more important than your health? Stop asking about how you can lose weight without exercise and go out there and do some exercise. Making exercise a lifestyle will go a long way in promoting your wellbeing, so why not just do it?



High blood pressure is killing millions of people every year and this can be linked to sedentary living among other factors. In light of these and other bad effects of a life devoid of exercise, you should learn how to create time for exercising.
