Vitamins and Minerals that help you sleep better

According to an article I read in a health magazine certain minerals and vitamins help you sleep better:



1. Calcium-This mineral helps calm your nervous system.

2. B Vitamins-It helps your body regulate trytophan is a sleep inducer.

3. Iron-If you lack iron it could trigger a kind of restless leg syndrome which wakes you up at odd hours.
