Cilantro Purifies Water

I read this interesting article the other day and thought all of you would also like to see it. Cilantro is being studied as a "biosorbent". Experts think it may be able to remove lead and other toxic metals from water that has been contaminated. It is believed that using cilantro (coriander) is more effective than methods being used now and it is sustainable. This is really good news!
