High Fat Non Dairy Filling Foods

Hi everyone.



I'm currently limiting dairy due to a milk reaction in my breastfed baby. As a result, I'm having a really hard time feeling full.



I don't want to fill up on empty carbs and sugar, but aside from bananas and avocados, I'm having a hard time coming up with suitable foods to eat during the day.



Keep in mind it is not really realistic for me to be eating a pound of meat at every meal! (I'm not a vegetarian by any means, but I'm not looking for the easy suggestions to just eat more meat either!)



Would welcome any suggestions for foods, recipes, or snacks that fill you up and keep you full.
