What's your Meal Plan?

My goal was to lose weight and get toned.

Mike, my trainer, gave me a meal plan to follow on top of my workout.

He advised me to eat 4-6 times a day.



Breakfast: oatmeal + fruit (preferably banana/strawberry/apple) + brewed coffee

AM Snack: sandwich or fruit

Lunch: Green leafy veggies + lean meat

PM Snack: fruit or yogurt

Dinner: Green leafy veggies + lean meat
