Tackling intestinal inflamation first

If you are cutting for the purposes of looking slimmer, and losing inches off your waist then tackling intestinal inflammation is key. Simply by reducing my wheat intake to almost zero I have lost about 2 inches off my waistline.



So whilst now I focus on fat loss, the fastest way to have a slimmer waist is be tackling inflammation. Although I assume that wheat is not the only thing that causes it.
