Question: Feeling slow after lifting?

I'm male and I lift light weights usually for tone muscle and so my body remains quick. I switched to heavier weights because I decided to get big instead. Usually when I lift light weights for many reps, after the work out, I feel very healthy and quick and I move very easily. I just lifted heavy and now I feel almost lethargic. Is this a temporary thing, or will lifting heavy always make me feel sick and slow?



I don't feel very healthy right now as when I exercise endurance. What is going to make me feel the greatest? What about look the greatest? Does exercising endurance also increase strength and can it make me look bigger, too? I don't want to get too big for many reasons, mainly because it doesn't match my feminine, artistic personality type.
