You shouldn't reduce the food intake (skipping meals). Eat : Brakefast,
Fruit Snack (1 or 2 apples),
Lunch
Fruit Snack (fruit)
Dinner
You don't need the gym, you don't need sprints or cardio.
Walk. Walk an walk and walk and walk. Walk to the shop, walk back, walk down the road, walk here and there. Walk 1 hour per day, walk 2. Then you could cycle. Cycle here and cycle there. Cycle to the store, cycle back. On the beach, don't tan, swim. Swim here, swim there, swim left, swim right. Just don't stop working, except for work. Avoid fast foods at all costs, eat home cooked food, maybe you won't become Chuck Norris overnight, but with time, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, you will loose that fat. After all, 1 year is 1/60 of a man's life.
