help my face is fat, how do I get cheekbones?

I have fat face and chubby cheeks. I'm 15 turning 16 soon and I want cheekbones and a nice structured face. But the thing is im not even fat? I'm only like 5'4 and weigh like 8 pounds (I think)
Is there any massages I can do on my face to get rid of the fat? I don't exercise and im not really healthy I do eat quite a lot of junk?
There is people in my family who also have a fat face but they are overweight so it can't be genetic??
